It is a wonderful feeling to attend closings again! We have another closing coming up in July and are working on another one for August. It seems that, at least for The Toasty Team, the market has begun to change and improve. Our listings are getting shown and we are running out of rental inventory very quickly. The four of us on The Toasty Team are working hard and are renting properties as quickly as we list them. Enjoying the beautiful scenery and ocean views. Our room has a balcony that looks directly over the beach and I sit there in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view before I get ready for an exciting day at the convention. I have taken 2 days of Property Management courses and the convention start tonight with a welcome reception. Excellent news in the Naples daily news on Saturday May 17th, the headline read Naples area home sales increase in April. Realtors have there busiest month of the year with 6 percent rights in sales compared to a year ago. What exciting news for us in real estate business in Naples, Florida. This is what we have been waiting for for a long time. Great news and a great week ahead in Panama City Beach. We also sold one of our properties this weekend that has been listed for a long time.
