Please excuse the occasional spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes in these blog posts. We are using a new voice recognition software program called Jott where I speak my blog post and the software program puts it on my blog for me. We have now returned...

We have now returned home from the fantastic Florida Association of Residential Property Managers convention in Panama City Beach. The weather was wonderful while we were away and the courses we took were amazing. We are very much looking forward to implementing all the ideas and plans that we learned at the convention. We know our business will grow considerately from the information and knowledge we have gained during the last week. listen

Here we are at the wonderful...

Here we are at the wonderful Panama Beach, Florida. Enjoying the beautiful scenery and ocean views. Our room has a balcony that looks directly over the beach and I sit there in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view before I get ready for an exciting day at the convention. I have taken 2 days of Property Management courses and the convention start tonight with a welcome reception. Everything is going great, I am learning lots of new things and look forward to preparing my business for the future when I return to Naples. listen

It is Sunday May 18...

It is Sunday May 18 and we are on our way to Panama City Beach. Excellent news in the Naples daily news on Saturday May 17th, the headline read Naples area home sales increase in April. Realtors have there busiest month of the year with 6 percent rights in sales compared to a year ago. What exciting news for us in real estate business in Naples, Florida. This is what we have been waiting for for a long time. Great news and a great week ahead in Panama City Beach. We also sold one of our properties this weekend that has been listed for a long time. We think the market is starting to improve. listen

Mike and I will be leaving...

Mike and I will be leaving for Panama City Beach, Florida tomorrow morning to attend a Property Management convention. We look forward to letting you know about all the exciting things we learned there.
