Mike did open house...

Mike did open house this weekend at our new listing at 701 Parkshore Drive and was very happy to find that there are people out there looking for property again in our area. The weather is hot and humid and we had the heavy rains every afternoon as the tropical summer hits Naples but the wires(?) are here and they are looking he was very successful at the open house and met..... listen

Exciting News from the Toasty Team

Mike and I were very excited yesterday to attend a closing for one of our listings. It is a wonderful feeling to attend closings again! We have another closing coming up in July and are working on another one for August. It seems that, at least for The Toasty Team, the market has begun to change and improve. Our listings are getting shown and we are running out of rental inventory very quickly. The four of us on The Toasty Team are working hard and are renting properties as quickly as we list them. We are very excited about the next few months and the improvements in the real estate market!

We have now returned...

We have now returned home from the fantastic Florida Association of Residential Property Managers convention in Panama City Beach. The weather was wonderful while we were away and the courses we took were amazing. We are very much looking forward to implementing all the ideas and plans that we learned at the convention. We know our business will grow considerately from the information and knowledge we have gained during the last week. listen

Here we are at the wonderful...

Here we are at the wonderful Panama Beach, Florida. Enjoying the beautiful scenery and ocean views. Our room has a balcony that looks directly over the beach and I sit there in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view before I get ready for an exciting day at the convention. I have taken 2 days of Property Management courses and the convention start tonight with a welcome reception. Everything is going great, I am learning lots of new things and look forward to preparing my business for the future when I return to Naples. listen

It is Sunday May 18...

It is Sunday May 18 and we are on our way to Panama City Beach. Excellent news in the Naples daily news on Saturday May 17th, the headline read Naples area home sales increase in April. Realtors have there busiest month of the year with 6 percent rights in sales compared to a year ago. What exciting news for us in real estate business in Naples, Florida. This is what we have been waiting for for a long time. Great news and a great week ahead in Panama City Beach. We also sold one of our properties this weekend that has been listed for a long time. We think the market is starting to improve. listen
